DLMS User Association provides companies with the opportunity to be part of a community that is dedicated to delivering value through enhanced data exchange standardization.

By offering interoperability, scalability, security, and flexibility, the DLMS UA specifications ensure standardizaion across strategic energy and water devices. With over 200 million devices already deployed globally, the DLMS User Association is well-positioned to extend the specifications to other applications throughout the energy and water ecosystems. This expansion allows the association to serve as a data bridge between consumers, networks, and Distribution System Operators.

  • Highest level of membership
  • Available to companies dedicated to supporting and promoting the goals and values of the association.
  • Can participate at ALL levels of DLMS UA, and may take on the responsiblity of chairing the Strategic, Technical and Qualification Boards.
  • Can drive the creation of Working Groups 
  • May take on leadership roles and participate in Working Groups

* Promoter Membership is evaluated based on association needs and applicant motivation.
* Promoters in office will vote on the candidature with subsequent ratification by the General Assembly.
* Applicants must submit an application highlighting contributions for achieving associations objectives and growth.
* Membership is not guaranteed, but all applications are considered.
