Core Specifications
The Core Specification Working Group focuses on reviewing new functionalities and specifications to ensure they are consistent with the philosophy of the DLMS UA specifications.
This working group also serves as the development arm of the Technical Board for any new transversal tasks that affect all working groups, including but not limited to data security, commissioning and decommissioning of devices, and firmware updates. The responsibility of defining and maintaining communication companion profiles also lies within this working group.
It is composed of experts, from the smart metering sector and also from other industries such as e-Mobility, Appliances and Sensing/Monitoring.
Each Promoter Member has one representative, and there are an additional six members from external experts and other member representatives.
